Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

Massage is physical ministry to the human body that assists not only to achieve physical relaxation, but is also a source of therapy for emotional, psychological and physiological needs.  Various modalities of massage help achieve therapeutic goals.  Such modalities include Swedish and Prenatal.


Chair Massage originated in California, is a preventative and corrective style of massage, not unlike table massage.  Chair massage allows the client to remain clothed, and receive a brief session of stress and tension relief through the same modalities used in the Swedish Massage. 

Wellness Massage Incorporates Swedish Techniques, along with Deep Tissue and Myofascial Therapy Techniques to promote restorative properties within the body to decrease aches and pains, while also decreasing stress, improving mental clarity, and increase the range of motion while creating relaxation.  

Active Life whether you are a professional athlete, factory worker or stay at home parent, the need for greater movement is always beneficial. Active Life integrates Myofascial, Orthopedic and Stretching skills to promote greater ability to move with freedom.  

Jr. Active Life for active students (*18 and under) ...athletes, musicians, or gamers our muscles are essential in our movement. Techniques integrate Myofascial, Orthopedic and Stretching skills to promote greater ability to move with freedom.  Attire recommended: loose running shorts (young ladies and young men); tube top bra/shirt (young ladies).

Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage aids in relieving the pressure from headaches (tension, sinus, migraine).

Prenatal Massage aids in providing the mom-to-be in achieving greater energy, less fatigue; muscle relaxation, less back and leg pain; relief from headaches; better sleep, less insomnia; general relaxation and stress reduction; improved moods; less anxiety and depression. *Mom-to-be must be past 1st trimester.  

Senior Massage (*60 and older-- please show ID) for the older and wiser... And sometimes achy bones and muscles, massage helps relieve such discomfort, including arthritic and frozen joints. 

Junior Massage (*18 and under- parent/guardian must sign intake form) for the younger and learning. Massage therapy is beneficial for all ages, but can be especially beneficial for bodies experiencing growing pains and dealing with the stress of school assignments and activities. 

Seaweed Body Wrap (*Contains seaweed/ shellfish allergen) This body treatment encourages detoxification of the body, after it has been applied to the body/foot.  Following application, the body/ foot  is then wrapped in the and heat applied.  The client remains with the heat application for a period of time. Finally, the product is removed with warm towels.
